
From family cooking to our own restaurant.
Sztuczka was born from a need to create. We founded it as brothers, raised in a home where cooking and sharing meals were always an essential part of life. At home, the whole family gathered around the table. After lunch, it was time for Perły z lamusa and black-and-white Abbott and Costello films.
Between school lessons, we would stop by the bakery where our father – a master confectioner by trade – treated us to still-warm sweet buns or freshly churned ice cream. We saw the process up close – everything was made by hand, meticulously, and with incredible intuition.
We spent our summers in the countryside, where daily work mattered just as much – growing our own vegetables, caring for animals, and following the rhythms and rituals that shaped our respect for the effort behind every meal.
We are grateful that so many people have come to love our restaurant and the cuisine we create. We feel fortunate to have met and worked with exceptional, talented teams over the years. But what makes us most proud is that we endured. And that we still do things our own way – authentically.
This year, just a few months after reopening, we received a special Michelin distinction – the 2025 Opening of the Year. It is a tremendous joy and a confirmation that what we do truly matters. But this is only the beginning – we invite you to Sztuczka.
